In regards to the original review down below, I updated it as customer service did reach out and provided me a refund on not only the nightgown, but the shipping as well. Thank you Real Silk Life for turning my negative experience positive! I ordered an XL it fit more like a Medium and there is no size chart showing inches/cm on their website that I could see. Shipping was caught in limbo for four days, no updates on the tracking and the very day I made a claim - it arrived. Could be concidence, but I wasn't happy with the quality of the nightgown so I returned it for a refund which I received. They do ship from China.

Amazing quality and feel. Good CS team I bought a few pieces from them; they arrived fast. The quality is good, and I really love them.

There is no where on this sweater that indicates that it is cashmere. It says silk cashmere, That is not what I wanted. I could have purchased this sweater for $59 anywhere locally but ordered from you and paid $99. Not happy at all. Order No. RSL00082690 Placed on Jan 19,2026

I was looking for a light-weight cashmere sweater to wear as an undergarment for the knitted sweaters I design and knit. Apart from soft merino wool, most wool yarns are too rough and scratchy for me and my customers. That sweater was perfect and the neutral color goes with just about everything. Will shop with you again and recommend you to other knitters.

The picture that I thought I was using to figure out what I wanted to purchase at a high price, was, at best, "inaccurate". I thought I was buying a top AND bottom long johns,as shown in the photo, they sent only bottoms. And then! I find out that the long johns are defective!!One leg is 3 inches shorter than the other! Unfortunately, I am not able to send a picture to this site, So not only did I not get what I thought I was ordering, but what I did get was defective; I'm out over $50 and very unhappy! The company said that it would send a replacement without requiring me to return the defective longjohns. I'm waiting to see if that's actually going to happen. I do appreciate the fact that the company took the time and made the effort to respond to this review.
