Month late even though I paid expedite shipping
Nowhere on the site did they say they were on vacation or break, so the expedite shipping I paid for didn't matter. I received my order almost a month after placing the order. What a joke haven't even opened the package since I'm going to return it anyway. Don't trust or buy from here.

Excellent quality mulberry silk thermal…
Excellent quality mulberry silk thermal pants. Fit true to size. Very comfortable. Great price. Came by air trackable from China in about 2 weeks. Will buy again.

Great product
Great product. The jacket fits perfectly. I love the thinness of the linen. It's great for a cool night without being heavy.

the order took a very long time to…
the order took a very long time to arrive, and even though I measured myself the underwear garment was not even remotely going to fit, and the return process is overwhelming to complete ):

Taking care of their customers
Talk about taking care of their customers !!! I ordered 3 cashmere sweaters for my wife, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted Real Silk Life about returning the items and exchanging them for a larger size, They informed me that they didn't have the larger size but I could order some other items. So I ordered 3 different items in the correct size, but they totaled up a little more than my original order. I offered to pay the difference but was told to not worry about it. I received the replacement items and my wife was thrilled. THIS is a company that takes care of their customers !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
