Obsessed with these beautiful silk pieces. I got a dress, a ‘t-shirt’ and a robe all in silk and love them all. The follow up on each item was timely and thorough. Including my measurements made me feel confident about the fit and they were right. The quality is high. This will be my go to for high-end clothing made with real natural materials. I did have to wait for delivery but it was well worth the wait.

Everything about this purchase was a joy---the expeditious delivery, the beautiful packaging, the quality of the shirt itself. Kudos for consummate professionalism!

The description of the product was misleading, however, the company have done a very good job of service recovery - altering their site description to more accurately reflect the composition of the materials, and offering me a refund . The product that arrived is not the thin pure silk set I was expecting but claims to have brushed silk interior. The main material is a blend of materials which seem reasonable quality. Unfortunately I can not read the chinese label to check it is cottton and spandex as advised but it seems likely.For what it is it seems good quality, I would try using this company again because of their diligent efforts to respond to my concerns appropriately. The sizing information requested with purchase ended up with a good fit ( ie XL for what is usually size 10-12 in Australia).

My things never came and customer service is glitching. They are claiming my tracking number is invalid yet it is a problem on their end. It’s been over a month and my things never came. Do not order from here. - UPDATE to their response below July 3rd 2026 Thank you for your response, but it still does not address the main issues. I waited over a month for my order without receiving a single email or update from your company. I had to contact you myself to find out there was supposedly a problem with my shipment. Your explanations have also been inconsistent. In your public Trustpilot response, you stated that you could not locate my order from my review and suspected there may have been a system or logistics sync error. However, in your email response, you stated that my package was returned because the recipient refused it and instructed me to file a “Package Lost” claim or request a reshipment. If you already knew the package had been returned, why was I never notified? Why was I not contacted when this supposedly happened? Why did I have to reach out after waiting more than a month? My tracking number worked initially and then later became invalid. That only added to the confusion, and no one from your customer service team contacted me to explain what had happened. At this point, I no longer want a replacement shipment. I am requesting a full refund. If the package was truly returned, please provide the carrier name, the tracking history, and evidence of the alleged delivery refusal. Customers should not have to chase a company for answers after waiting more than a month. I simply want this matter resolved with a full refund.

You have asked me to review my latest order several times, starting the day after it was placed — that is, weeks before shipment. Today, I grant your request. Unlike in the past, this experience has been, sadly, frustrating and unsatisfactory. You sent the wrong size items. Your “customer service” bot’s response has not been to correct your mistake. Instead, it has been to claim I must want a size other than what I ordered, even suggesting a size between what I ordered and what you sent. It has refused to effect the free exchange you, like all good merchants, offer. It has insisted that I spend even more time and money in the vague hope that you might send the correct items as ordered. It has refused to follow a simple direction to refer this to a human being. In short, it has behaved as if programmed by your competition to yield loss of reputation and customers. I placed and paid for merchandise in good faith; all I have to show for it is an extra bag I shall need to pay to have removed with the household trash.

I’ve ordered numerous cashmere sweaters and vest from their website. It’s quality product without frills. The packages were beautifully wrapped in wrapping paper and burgundy ribbons.

Beautiful quality product. Purchased the Cashmere beanies which were super soft. The product came beautifully packaged, not too much, but you can tell a lot of careful thought has gone into the presentation. I felt like someone had sent me a gift. Also came with care instructions which I think is very important. I would definitely purchase from them again.
