Do NOT do business with this company
Do NOT do business with this company. I ordered on June 29 and now it is August 1 and they still can't get their delivery service to deliver the package. I notified them and their delivery service via email of the open hours of my parcel drop. Yet, they still can't get it together. Just now I got another email that said they need the same information. I told them that I am cancelling the order and want a refund, but they are silent on processing a refund. This is a dishonest company that doesn't even follow its own refund policy. Take your money elsewhere.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden
Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Ware entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Es ist das erste Mal dass ich Seidenunterwäsche gekauft habe aber ich werde es definitiv wieder tun. Es war nicht nur das wirklich sehr angenehme Tragegefühl das meine Erwartungen übertroffen hat, auch die Größen passen wirklich gut. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier einkaufen.

I love my product

Love silk with a Learning curve
Communication (ruby) is very good Willingness to work with the customer is greatly appreciated Although the sizing seemed difficult with some items, the willingness to get it right was appreciated Shipping required patience I anticipate the next order particularly will exhibit a consistent sizing , complementing a good product For underwear - go big For jackets - we’ll see… Socks - awesome ! Shirts - fit is good … Silk is sweet!!

I got an eyemask
I got an eyemask. It REALLY keeps the light out and the strap across the back of the head is very secure, though a little bit tighter than I'd like. Shipping took a really long time. "slow boat FROM China" would be an appropriate comment

Panties don't fit/Refused refund
My initial review stated that Real Silk had refused to refund my purchase for silk panties. They have since refunded my purchase. That is good business.

Company does not follow sizes
On the website, there are three sizes a small, medium and large. I ordered a large shirt and a large pair of linen pants and when they arrived, I got a 3X pants and a 2X shirt. The company says that you can exchange for free however they expect you to pay for the shipping and I had to come out of pocket almost $30 just to send back The merchandise for the proper size that I actually ordered further wasting time energy and effort
