Hi Kathy! You’ll find the doctor’s name and the type of surgery listed at the top of the review page, if the reviewer has shared that information. To see the doctor's location, click on their name. We agree before and after photos are immensely helpful when you're researching procedures! We encourage reviewers to share photos in their reviews, but some prefer to remain anonymous. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand you don’t agree with a review on our platform. However, as we conveyed to you via email, RealSelf doesn’t remove reviews simply because a doctor disagrees with what a reviewer wrote. Like many websites, upgrading your profile unlocks additional features, like a contact form and cover photo. This does not change our policy on review removal - Doctors can never pay to remove reviews from RealSelf. We only remove reviews if the reviewer requests it, or if the review violates our Terms of Service. Reviews are the patient's space to express their opinion of their results and experience. While their words may be unpleasant at times (like “unprofessional” or “terrible”), it is still their opinion. We suggest resolving any differences of opinion directly with the patient. RealSelf cannot get involved as a mediator. As a new provider on our platform, we understand that this can be frustrating, but prospective patients depend on us creating an unbiased environment to make important decisions about their medical care.
