It was a great pleasure working with Edwin. We hope to work together again in the future. Don't forget that buyers can also earn up to 2% commission rebate when buying a home with us.

Was misled after the first call. Then received a very hard sell from local real estate person who we ended up being disappointed with. Did not even show for the closing or call in advance to say they would not be there, but called afterward to ask where her closing check was. Would not use this service again.

Dear Thomas, I am not sure how is your review related to Realmart.com. We are a flat fee listing service. Did you list your home with Realmart.com? If not, your review might be not related to Realmart.

I wanted to sell my house myself yet have it listed on MLS for both Monmouth and Ocean counties. I found the staff to be very professional and helpful and sold my own and my mother's homes this way. If you are able to create some basic marketing info and if you like meeting people and having open houses, then Realmart is the way to go.

Realmart offers a unique product for sellers- the ability to list a property on the MLS directly, show the house yourself, and save at least half on typical selling commissions. Realmart's system made it easy to keep the listing up to date, and the staff was responsive to questions. I highly recommend Realmart.

Realmart realty was easy to work with. I recieved responses to questions or changes in a timely manner. They kept me up to date on what was needed, if anything, and they did everything as I signed up for. Yes, I can say I would use them again and recommend them anyone looking to save on commissions and sell their home for themselves.
