Excellent service, communication, and resolution of any issues

The shirts are beautiful; there is nothing more to say.

Had purchased a hoodie, really happy with the product and the quality. Only suggest customers keep an eye out for the ‘Pit Pass’ subscription that automatically gets added to your cart at checkout for ‘free’. Without looking closely, it’s easy to overlook that this is a monthly subscription you’ll be charged for after the first month ($60usd) ongoing. After making this mistake, and contacting support, the team were helpful in refunding the charges. Just a bit of a sly additional charge to look out for.

Great communication service

I ordered 2 shirts and received a very reasonable new customer price. The people at this business helped greatly in giving quick customer service and educating me on my options for membership.

Shirts are very high quality and the design is the same, if not better than expected. Package arrived in a timely manner with no mix ups.

The guys a Reality Racing are top notch (especially Josh), I ordered the Rothmans racing hoodie and after about a day or two of ordering I had an email explaining there was gonna be a delay on my order but they would stay in touch with updates, and they did exactly that. Every single time the had an update I got an email straight away! I then revised my order and I tell you what, it was 100% worth the wait the design the sizing and the Quality is honestly amazing! Proof that good things come to those who wait. Thank you again guys you’ve bagged yourself a returning Customer here!

I think its a great idea with these pit passes and all the designs are really great also the quality is fanatics no joke but i habe one thing that is not meant like criticism more like a thing to maybe change i mean that if someone joins your pitpass that you make it a little more clear that they have to pay for it i hope i wrote it understandable cause English is not my mother tounge but all in all 10 out of 10
