Really happy with my experience with Reality Racing! The sweatshirt I ordered is great quality, fits really well, and looks even better in person. I'm very happy with it. The customer service was also excellent. They were very helpful, responsive, and friendly throughout the whole experience. Great product and great customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering from Reality Racing again! 🔥

I do not recommend Reality Racing. My order was significantly delayed, which was already disappointing. When it finally arrived, my husband loved the shirt, but unfortunately, it shrank dramatically after the first wash and also lost its color. For the price, I expected much better quality. I contacted customer service about the issue, and it took about a month to receive a response. I asked for a replacement, but they refused and offered only a 50% refund for a shirt that is now completely unusable. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that the company had an opportunity to make things right and retain a customer, but instead chose a resolution that left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. So, unfortunately, my experience with Reality Racing was disappointing from beginning to end: delayed delivery, poor product quality, and customer service that did not adequately address the problem. I regret purchasing from this company and will not be purchasing from them again. I also cannot recommend Reality Racing to others.

Hey Ray, We would like to clarify that your order was delivered in June, while your concern regarding the shirt shrinking after the first wash was only brought to our attention recently in September. Our store has a 30-day guarantee and your concern was raised well beyond this period. Despite this, we still took the time to review your complaint and offered a partial refund as a goodwill resolution, even though the request was made outside our standard 30-day policy. We have since followed up with you directly to explore a further resolution in the hope of bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
