The experience from talking to a loan officer to the closing was guided by very experienced staff. Nothing was left to chance and directed information and responses were expected through out the process. Above all CDM has very competitive rates that you will find anywhere. I am glad that a correspondence from Zillow lead me to CDM. I would highly recommend CDM for your mortgage needs. Thank you CDM.

Fast servicing starting the process. Sometimes communication via text and email took time causing us to lose out in a 1,000 credit. Pretty smooth process but would have loved to say that 1,000 dollars
