Real GeniusReviews of realgenius.com

Rod Davis and Team made the first time home buying process smooth as butter. Rod was very easy to get in contact with, explaining everything each step of the way. He was extremely responsive. You won’t find a more competitive rate either. I’ll look to do business with Real Genius in the future.

Mr. Rod Davis was such a patient, knowledgeable and wonderful help. Big decisions & lots of angst with it but literally Mr. Davis was there for all my questions. So much information and numbers but all explaining no matter how many times I asked and he didn’t make me feel less than or ignorant for asking. I felt that way but this I can really say Mr. Davis made this experience as stressful that I felt it was for me as best as it could be & I’m appreciative of it!

Pat and Nate were amazing and incredibly helpful. They both worked with me to get the best rate I had heard of at a crazy time in the market and were extremely personable and efficient. Our the paralegal at our closing could not stop raving about how great they were to work with from the legal side as well. Can't recommend this team enough.

Real genius was able to beat any other lender I had found. Dean, the mortgage officer was very communicative throughout the process. Trey and the closing team kept up the attentiveness for an overall smooth and easy refinance.

Pat at Real Genius is great, we just signed my second deal with him, and there's a reason I kept his number. Keeps me in the loop, but not annoying, and feels like a colleague and consultant, not like he's jamming a product down my throat that only he benefits from.

We had a fantastic experience working with this team during our refinance. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions with patience, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We really appreciated how transparent and thorough they were...there were no surprises, just consistent communication and genuine care for our situation. It was clear they had our best interest in mind the whole time. Thanks to their help, we were able to refinance with confidence and peace of mind. We’re so grateful for their guidance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable mortgage team!

Dylan and the Real Genius team were professional, responsive and processed my loan quickly. And I got the best mortgage rate after shopping virtually every other source. Would definitely recommend.

I had Matt gray as my agent and from start to finish he performed accurately and quickly. 5 stars
