Eddie, Nate, and Lori are truly THE dream team. From the very beginning all the way to closing, they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. They were always available to answer our questions, explained everything clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication gave us confidence throughout the entire home-buying process. They worked hard to ensure everything stayed on track and truly went above and beyond to help us become first time homeowners.

Dylan and Mary were great from the beginning of our loan process to the final closing. They communicated regularly and went above and beyond to help us close early. We were happy with our rate and cost of the loan and customer service was great.

Broker called me. I told him I was going with another broker so that he could close my file and move on and he hung up on me. Very professional and a sure way to win clients. I have rentals and am always refinancing.

Service, good communication, always respond my calls and explain every detail of the process

I had a great experience working with Dylan on my home loan. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and collaborative throughout the process. He explained things clearly and patiently, offered competitive terms, worked closely with his internal team, and helped close the loan on a very tight timeline. I also appreciated how he balanced both customer needs and lender requirements professionally.

I was nervous about using an online mortgage broker, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Real Genius again. The entire process was as seamless as it could be. The team was responsive, efficient, and extremely organized. The title company said they had never heard of Real Genius but went out of their way to share how fast and thorough the information flow was. I just can’t say enough about how easy they made the process and, most importantly, every number at closing was almost exactly what they said it would be in the initial quote.

Had a great experience. Better than any bank I’ve worked with thus far. I worked with Dylan Arnold and he was very helpful and always kept me in the loop.

Dean was outstanding to work with throughout the entire lending process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond whenever I had questions. He made everything simple and easy to understand, and his communication was excellent from start to finish. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.
