Consumer Direct Mortgage truly made the loan process seamless. Michael Huber's expertise and experience made us feel we were in good hands during the loan process. We appreciated his courteous, and attentive response to all our questions concerns.

The process is very transparent and CDMTG is very responsive.

Great Rate, Great Service, Great Decision!

The initial setup was quick and efficient. After that, I felt that I had to drive the process. Resposiveness was so-so, I got responses but had to push (I would email, and call, and email again to record what was covered during the calls). The whole process took exactly as long as the rate was locked, but had I not responded within hours with all requested documents and followed up to make sure things were moving I'm sure the time would have lapsed. I heard similar from a friend that worked with them, but their lock lapsed because they were not as pushy and they had to argue a lot to get that rate again. That said, the mortgage rate was the best available, and the fees were reasonable. I've worked with better lenders, but decided to go with ConsumerDirect because of the rate. If you can stay on top of them and be pushy, get that low rate. I really appreciate how much my monthly payment dropped.

very professional and customer centric loan officer

Zero follow up. Poor coordination amongst the many people we dealt with. Ongoing requests for data into closing date ... bizarre since our credit score is ~850.... Hassle.

Quick response. I was able to to close the loan in a timely fashion. Most of the contact was by email and very easy to deal with.

I appreciated the easy efficient way my refinance was handled!
