Slow shipping
The shipment took entirely too long to get to the office. You claim overnight shipping, but it took two weeks to get to us.

Hi Jan, We're sorry for your negative shopping experience. To be honest, 90% of orders arrive in 1-3 business days according to our shipping report. However, due to factors such as bad weather, backorder, or carrier delay, we cannot avoid delays for a small number of orders. I checked the shipping record of your order. You placed the order on Jan. 28 and we shipped it the same day. The order was delivered on Feb 4th. It took longer to arrive because the Lexmark toner cartridge you purchased is out of stock in our NJ warehouse. So we shipped it from the CA warehouse. Our NJ warehouse will have the 56F1X00 toner cartridge back in stock next month. It only takes 2-3 business to deliver your order to OH. We sincerely hope you will give us another try. I initially had an issue with the toner…
I initially had an issue with the toner I ordered. I reached out, they sent new toner over to me and works perfectly well now. Thanks for the response and resolution!

Problem solved, great customer service
***Update*** First of all, great customer service. ReadyToner reached out immediately and we solved some issues. The cartridge is performing better with a little use, and more understanding of the non-OEM limitations. Therefore, I revise my review, and retract my 1-star rating! This toner cartridge is not working out. I was excited that it was half the cost of OEM cartridges. I wasnt really bothered that I had to do some work to remove and install a chip to make it work. However, the cartridge is not performing. The printer does not recognize it as a new cartridge, and print quality is like it is running out of ink with a brand new cartridge. First time experience, i'm hesitant to try again.
