The ready toner cartridge didn’t fit…
The ready toner cartridge didn’t fit the printer like it’s supposed to. So I spent my money on two that don’t work.

Don’t order from them
I ordered a brother toner cartridge. When trying to install it simply does not fit. I contacted there customer service department and they insisted it’s the right product. I sent them a video. I wanted a refund and the just won’t honor there mistake. Terrible company. Next time I’ll order from Amazon

I ordered "CANON" brand toner…
I ordered "CANON" brand toner cartridges and that is not what I received. My printer will not work with your "off market" . Printer recognizes it is NOT a canon cartridge. Can your cartridges be returned for a full refund?

Toners were cheap and didn’t work in…
Toners were cheap and didn’t work in the printer. An absolute battle to return them. They asked for pictures of the printer and pictures of the toners in the machine etc etc. A nightmare to deal with.

I have been asking for a return
I have been asking for a return, after I was told the order was canceled and was was not. They sent the toner anyway. I have been asking for a return for about a month. Next I will go to the bank and place a claim on the charge.
