Now 2 stars -Zero stars
Ok they did finally credit back my account and offered a black toner to compensate for 6 weeks of wasted time. I do appreciate that and that they are trying to do better. I understand supply issues can happen. Raising this to 2 stars. Thank you! Zero stars don’t buy from this company! I paid for three Printer refills on September 10, 2026 and never received them. Emailed them, it took Days to receive a response. Finally they said they lost them and were going to re-ship them. Again never received them, called No answer, left voice message, No response. Emailed them, same thing. Finally, response from Annie, who said that they don’t have shipment and no replacement and they will refund me, but it will take 10 days. 10 days past, still no refund horrible company don’t buy from them - buyer beware !!!
