I did not have to wait very long for my…
I did not have to wait very long for my replacement toner to arrive at my address. I like the cost of the replacement toner too. It is cheaper than going to the store I usually get my toner replaced.

Customer service is great. Dealing with no chips was a bit of a challenge but that is not the ink's fault, that's on me.

Correction of number of toners
The website order 2 and I assumed this was 2 toner of ink. When it arrived, I was to that it was 1 toner and a drum. To find this out, you had to click on the icon. This should have noted without clicking. Whom ever I spoke corrected the problem by sending me a 2nd toner.

Terrible products that do not work
Terrible products that do not work. Their chip "transfer" system is a joke. Terrible customer service that refuses to take a return.

We temporarily ran out of inventory in our PA warehouse, which caused a delay. Typically, delivery takes 2-3 business days from this location.
