They sent my medicine one month early from the projected shipment date listed on their website. By the time I would need the medicine, it had degraded to the point where it could not be used (beyond 60 days). Customer service was useless in rectifying their mistake. ReadyRx’s response below states that the refill had already entered the pharmacy stage, and therefore, the shipping date could not have been changed. My medicine shipped 26 days early, however, so the medicine should not have been in the pharmacy stage. ReadyRx’s response makes no sense and accurately reflects the incompetency in their customer service department.
