I want to give it five stars, but I haven’t used the product yet. But honestly, I feel it deserves five stars because shipping came fast. The product came super protected. The ice was not melted. The product was still cold. Inside I got everything I needed and I got a card from The medicine company if I had any questions or anything I needed from them it’s in there. As for Ready RX they are very simple to work with, normally you would need to do blood work with other companies but with Ready RX to start, you didn’t have to do that. I would recommend though that on your own you continue with your blood work measuring your levels to make sure everything is going good while you’re taking the medication so you know if it’s working for you or not. They did when you first start do a questionnaire and as long as you qualify for that, and you’re not ill or anything serious, you should be good to go. I am very pleased and happy and comfortable to start working with Ready Rx now and for the future. Happy anti-aging journey everyone. :) oh and customer service called me the next morning after after I receive the product in the mail. I am happy that they called me, walked me through it and answered any questions that I had so I’m really happy about that as well. The only thing that I’m not 100% with is the doctors communication but every doctor is different. I understand that. They were very here you go and blunt and my simple questions were not answered, in the end I really didn’t need to be answered. I got everything I needed from what he sent me so I guess it’s fine. I will see in the future if my communication with them gets better. I’m sure it will. I hope so!
