Proceed with caution. Before placing my order, I called customer service to confirm how the item would be shipped. Because regular Postal Service does not deliver where I live, I specifically asked whether the package would be sent via FedEx or UPS. The customer service representative assured me that it would be shipped through FedEx or UPS. Relying on the information provided by the company’s representative, I placed the order. Unfortunately, the item was instead shipped through the Postal Service. As a result, the package was returned, and the company refused to issue a refund. What is most frustrating is that I took the extra step to confirm the shipping method before ordering to avoid this exact problem. I did everything I could on my end, but the company failed to follow through on a very simple and clearly communicated request. They did not do right by the customer in this situation.

Nice to have a follow-up call to answer any questions. I switched from a very popular online GLP1 community where you are charged $145 per month (in addition to the cost of the prescription) for absolutely nothing. They don't call to check on you, and it sometimes takes two days to get a response to questions via the app's messaging.
