I started with ReadyRx in June
I started with ReadyRx in June. It started out ok and went downhill from there. I saw that there was a billing date in August. I called customer service twice, to let them know I don’t want to continue with the med, after the 3 months I already paid for. The other day they tried to take out $600 from my account for 3 more months. Luckily I had called my bank and told them not to give ReadyRx another penny. They are billing me, when I’m only in my 6th week of a 3 month treatment. Now they are holding my medication, that I had already paid for, for the unpaid balance of another 3 months of the medication, that I don’t want. Not only is this unscrupulous, it’s illegal. There were other problems too. Someone called me to welcome me to ReadyRx. It was a month after I started the med. It’s poorly run and customer service has not been any help. Most of the time they are clueless. One customer service rep told me I could try to call next week. She didn’t know what to do. Nothing would have changed the next week, unless customer service did something to resolve this issue that day. I have spent hours on this issue and none of it was necessary. If I have to take them to court, it’s a day I can’t work and more hours of wasted time. I would think twice before using ReadyRx.

Hi Lora, we’re sorry for the frustration and confusion around your shipment timing. For clarity, when an order has already moved into pharmacy processing, the dashboard may begin showing the next refill cycle while the current order is still being completed. We understand that this was not clear from your view of the account, and our team should have explained the timing more clearly. Please contact our Care Team at 310-878-1003 so we can review any remaining questions privately. —The ReadyRx Team
