Customer service was very helpful and informative. Also, my medication came super quickly I was surprised at how fast and efficient it came. Packaging was thought out and protected my product while keeping it cold. I will definitely be only using this company for now on!

In the beginning I was skeptical, because the provider I was assigned did not show up for 2 of my televisits. But customer service was on top of it the whole time making sure I was taken care of. After connecting me with another provider, my medication was shipped and delivered the following day!
