I found the ordering process easy and the product information very clear. Delivery was prompt and included clear, easy-to-follow tracking information. The doctor’s instructions for administering the product were also very clear. A nice added benefit was a follow-up call from the customer service team to ensure I fully understood the doctor’s instructions. They also provided helpful tips for success and additional information about the benefits of the supplements. Overall, a very positive experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The medication ships from Florida and I am in California. It did not stay cold overnight. Also, I ordered a three month supply and the second vile had me injecting less than the first. When I called to question this I was told it was my responsibility to let the care team know I wanted an increase. I had asked for an increase so why would I expect a decrease??? Makes zero sense. When I called to get a refund for the third vile, I was told they deduct the full cost of the medication (buying 3 months worth is discounted) so instead of dividing it across three months, I got $50 back for the third vile. On top of terrible customer service, the medication did absolutely nothing to curb food noise and I lost zero pounds.
