I liked the fact that it went through a doctor and proper prescribed dose. It was shipped and came inthe mail in just a few days. I also appreciate the follow up call by a real person to make sure everything was okay and to see if Ai had any questions.

Absolutely horrendous. I got my first order of sermorellin and decided I would switch my plan to quarterly using an FSA card. It was last I counted 7 days for an approval (still pending) Run around after runaround. People would call with roosters crowing in the background and kids screaming (Crystal). Then my wife tried to order some peptides and because our address was the same they wouldn’t let her order anything. So we called and called and emailed. Tried to cancel, but because they owe me a prescription that I already paid for, they wouldn’t let me cancel. Buyer beware and go away. Their customer service and “backend” team is horrible. I took my business to Male MD
