The process from start to finish was easy to navigate. I received the medication quickly with plenty of information and also the supplies necessary for the injection. I received the meds on Friday and got a phone call (from a human!) on Monday to follow-up and see how I was doing. I'm only one MIC+B12 injection in so I can't speak to the med effectiveness just yet. I am very happy with the process and the customer service.
