Hello Nadolyn, we’re grateful you took the time to share your thoughts. While it’s encouraging to know you felt our team was friendly and genuine, we understand how disappointing it can be when the pace and clarity of progress don’t match the hopes you had at the start. Your trust in our intentions means a great deal, and we take seriously the responsibility to deliver on that trust. We’ll continue refining our communication and processes so that authors have a clearer view of their journey with us. If you have any questions or would like any clarifications, our support lines are always open and ready to assist you. Your well wishes are deeply appreciated, and we wish you the very best in your continued publishing endeavors.
