Kent Garcia, is an extremely caring representative of your organization. He is our main contact. His helpful guidance is very valuable to us in promoting our book. He truly explores ways to get readers to know our book. He always listens to our concerns and questions. I'm glad he and his team are there for us.

In contrast to another book publisher, when you agree with me to do something, you do so in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated that.
