I was at my wits end
I was at my wits end trying to get what l needed from Verizon but Cyan & Jules were able to get through to Verizon and we made the transition easily. They saved me a lot of frustration. Kathy

Great customer service with Reach
So I dropped my phone in water and it stopped working, but Reach mobile customer service came to the rescue! They patiently and expertly worked with me to get a new phone back in service with Reach. Reach has great caring customer service, and great rates, too. And the Reach mobile app is so easy to use, so win win!

Water and phones just DON'T go together, but do you want to know what does? Reach Mobile and empathy. We get it - we're all human and mistakes happen! The least we could do is get you back to where you were before the phone took a dip. Tried another discount service but it…
Tried another discount service but it took too long for the calls to go through. Came back to Reach Mobile because they have the Verizon Network with no delays connecting outgoing calls from going through. The setup support was the best too.

Helped me to activate phones through…
Helped me to activate phones through step by step instructions on live chat. There was a glitch in transfer and support rep took care of issue in real time. I've yet to take the SIM for test ride to check call coverage, quality, and LTE strength.

The best cellular provider I have ever had!
Not only the best cellular provider I have ever had, but also one of the best-run and most customer-friendly companies I've ever encountered. Oh, and yes, they are on the Verizon network, but from what I have gathered, their cellular service is actually FASTER than what you would get with a comparably-priced Verizon pre-paid account! This is because they give you true 4G speed for the entire data package you purchase, whereas Verizon, during times of high network traffic, gives its prepaid customers' data a lower priority than that of its more expensive post-paid accounts. Anyway. Long story short: Really glad to have found Reach!
