Reach has been a GREAT company to do business with and that has to do with dealing with excellent people like Jules Pearson (who has personally helped me since the beginning) and outstanding customer service. Well, as they have been honest throughout the process, and I’ve been very pleased with the much better coverage and cheaper cellphone bill, I thought: why not leave them a review. I live in coastal Maine with my wife. We used to be with T-Mobile, but their coverage here sucks. After a bit of search, I stumbled on this company and it has been very nice all across the area. No dead zones and it’s affordable enough that I can still call my family in Canada for as long as I want without going over what I used to pay. Oh, yeah, great customer service too! Cheers!

Found reach mobile through a site that shows which less expensive options there are for various networks like Verizon and AT & T. I was previously with Verizon and had no problems. But for about $75 less per month, this is a superior product in terms of efficiency and cost. I don't do much texting (maybe one or two a week), and no other data stuff, as I am not an app user (except for a couple--like Amazon Prime). Reach prices based on your usage level, and I can't believe how much I save, PLUS the service is excellent, they walked me through getting it set up, and are very responsive; feels like a family run business--the way you want to be treated instead of feeling like a number with these larger vendors. HIGHLY recommend!

Let me start out by saying I am a new Reach Mobile user so this will be a review of their customer support. First off each time I have contacted them they have responded quickly. That in itself is unusual today. As much as I prefer to actually talk with someone I have relied on chatting with their reps and am quite satisfied with those experiences. I had a minor problem with activating our 2nd line (my error) that was quickly resolved. We were long time Verizon customers and I cannot tell I made the switch. Reach’s Best Fit feature is what sold me, we travel in an RV part time and while traveling rely on cellular data but use very little the months we are home. Perfect for us!

Company customer service is excellent. Entire process was smooth, easy, simple.

Getting changed over to Reach was the most painless experience ever! Our new SIM cards arrived quickly and activation was smooth and quick. "Like butter!" Everything I've seen and experienced has been professional and of the highest quality. Knowing that we're helping others while getting such good service is the best bonus I can imagine.
