I got on Reach so easily while I was keeping my phone and number. I used my phone for my internet and found that I had not bought a big enough plan so I went back online and got more time. That was not enough so I called Cyan on the Reach phone number because I could not up my time on a plan again online. She told me that this was not usually done but she would get it done for me. She surely did and I am forever grateful. Also Reach Mobile is empowering ladies in Africa each time they get another member here. What a great and noble effort. Thanks again, Cyan, for your help. You're worth more money! An employee with a can do mentality is worth their weight in gold.

Working with Balvinder was the absolute best experience in explaining and purchasing the correct program for me. She answered every question and explained basics for me. I experienced relief after placing my order instead of dread! I am also in customer service and appreciated her kindness in explaining a couple basics of the mobile phone workings. After a rocky start, I am happy to say that I am very pleased with Reach Mobile's customer support! I was recently having bad connectivity issues that I couldn't figure out, and was so frustrated that I thought I was going to have again go through the hassle of switching to a different cellular service. However, I decided I should first call Reach Mobile for assistance. So glad I did that! Their support person, Cyan, was and continues to be very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.

January 2021 I switched my carrier to Reach......I love them!! Cyan was the person helping me and she went out of her way to make the switch happen...cell service is soooo much better and now I have my hot spot and video calling...highly recommend.

I was glad to find Reach! I was with another “carrier with a conscience” for six years, charging me more than twice what I’m now paying, to donate a small percentage to progressive causes. Now Reach helps extend phone access worldwide, AND I can donate more to causes I choose. And so far, the phone service has been excellent for me. Win-win-win. :)

I was looking into changing carriers. I came across Reach, I started a chat Balvinder, I must say she’s truly amazing. Her kindness & patience was stellar as I tried to understand they’re program. Which is very good BTW , I downloaded the app to set things up and pay, I missed something, she was more than happy to take cate of it on her end.on the app you are able to chat with her for every question or need. If they had 10⭐️‘S she’s it.

Jules picked up the phone both times I've had issues with our cell service. Both times the issue was with the handoff and performance of Visible and yet they still worked to resolve the issue. Very happy to be able to have that kind of service.
