RCI is a Terrible, Terrible company. Booked us into a resort where the pictures on their website were nothing like what we were assigned. Unit was not habitable ... barely anything worked and because of missing windows and broken doors the unit couldn’t be heated in zero degree weather. Appealed for help to RCI agents Ava and O’Neill W. then to supervisor Trenton Taylor. They would not even call the resort to ask for help and the resort couldn’t care less about the RCI timeshares. Taylor’s abusive and dismissive comment was you should look at reviews you stupid moron and better luck next time. Spent over $500 on all the insane fees RCI charged and didn’t get one cent of value. Left the resort early, RCI refused to refund anything.

Have been a member for 30+ years. Booked a week at Kenmore resort for November and paid exchange fee. Kenmore got in touch to say they were closing the resort on the Friday when we were due to arrive the following day which was fair enough. Contact rci and asked to extend the period that I could travel and was told that it would entail an additional fee. I said I was unhappy to pay to extend my exchange period and they basically said “tough”! I asked to refer it for consideration, haven’t heard a cheep! I cancelled my membership. If I could have given a minus score I would have. Chap kept saying we’ve got costs and need to make a profit! You probably need to keep your members also! Just had a reply from a Mr. Brian Murphy from rci eu. Who didn’t even bother to get my name correct! That about says it all regarding rci customer services. Email basically said we need the money! I would be extremely wary of giving any money to this crowd currently. Just had another email from Brian Murphy sticking to the we need the money theme. Correct name this time but no apology for incorrect name! Now that’s customer service!

I purchased 2 cabins on Princess cruise line through Wyndham RCI. The cruise line canceled the cruise, NOT ME. Wyndham then said I would not get my money back because it was a certificate. After months and months of waiting, one room was put into a certificate and the other, WYNDHAM RCI says was canceled by me ??? Now I have to reschedule at a time when no one knows what the cruise lines will do next year. I now have 3 days to make a reservation with the 1 certificate. The other is gone. So WYNDHAM RCI will have stolen $7,998

No vale para nada, que yo llame en estas fechas y este todo ocupado, venga ya!! 3 solamente había, y encima por irme aquí al lado 229€ , mas 30€ de luz que te cobra el complejo. utilización de sábado a sábado, eh, y sábado a las 17h, muy fuerte si no puedes utilizarlo la semana y solo puedes irte un fin de semana, pues te fastidias, por que es así, comprensibilidad menos cero, empatía lo mismo . NO INTERESA. precios mas económicos y mejores sitios si lo buscas por tu cuenta. Le pongo una estrella, por que no me deja no por ninguna.UNA ESTAFA. así de claro.

Definitely a waste of time I am on the phone to be transferred to the supervisor because they booked me into a horrible hotel told me on my mother that we could only pay $900 and then when we got to the hotel we were charged another $381 that nobody knows what the fee is for. The hotel itself is a trash chute here in Central Park at the La Quinta and I called RCI to complain they tell me they’re going to pass me onto a supervisor and literally puts me on to doing a survey and the phone hangs up… This place is impossible I agree with all the negative reviews it’s not a great travel agency

We had 2 weeks booked in Las Vegas around April - May 2020 with COVID 19 we had to cancel our vacation, we did receive our points back but last week I was contacted by RCI to say that our points were due to expire in feb , mind you we have been in lock down since March and living in Victoria we could only travel 5 km from home so we were unable to use them , we tried to book a week in qld unavailable, Tasmania unavailable so we lost 7 mths that we couldn’t use our points and now we’re at peak time. unable to use them, I ask them if they could give me an extension but only if I pay $99 , they told me it’s the same for every one, mind you were the only state that was in hard lockdown fir an extended period. So disappointed in their customer service, 20 years member and that’s the best they can do, shame.

They will never stop calling you. I get at least 3 call a day, and sometimes as much as 7. Last night they called me at 9pm. It doesn't matter if you block their number, they have an endless supply of phone numbers to call you from.

We Have been a member for around 15 years we are due to holiday in UK next month ,we asked if we could reschedule to next year or cancel .Told that as we booked in January 2020 this is not possible we will loose points & booking fee .Sure that with the virus this is not acceptable .Very unhappy with this as we also have bookings for early 2021 and will be in the same boat then .Now being settled to our satisfaction .R C I will give points refund as long as we book a holiday in the next 6 months & will use the booking fee for that holiday.
