If I could give 1 star I would. Make sure you check the inspection report. I got charged £150 for a ripple that didn’t exist. Even the guy who collected the car agreed there was no rippling. They say you can’t sign for the report due to covid and then say you signed for it even though they did and they will tell you documents are missing, charge you and then won’t let you check as they are now ‘sealed in the boot’ outrageous greedy company and an expensive lesson learnt for me £2k in extra charges with 14 days to pay. Most of which to a layman would be fair wear and tear for having the car 3 years. AVOID

We reserved 3 weeks in Orlando, and cancelled our reservation 48h after booking, and your customer service refuses to reimburse us on our credit card! Considering we are owners of a RCI apartment, and have been a client for over a decade, it's unimaginable to be treated like this ! RCI your policies are borderline fraudulent and it's a shame to treat your customers in such an inconsiderate way!

RCI does not honor their promises. We purchased a vacation from them over 2 years ago, and we scheduled our trip before the expiration date; however COVID hit and we did not feel comfortable traveling so we rescheduled the trip for 2 months later. As the new date neared, the COVID numbers were actually worse, so we cancelled. We were assured that we could rebook the trip at a later time, and to not worry about it expiring. Lately we get called from them multiple times per week trying to sell yet another vacation. I explain that I don't want to purchase another trip until I have taken the first one. During our last call, they informed us that our trip expired so we need to pay to extend it. There was no extension on our account. We've been hung up on twice when it becomes clear that we have no intention of giving them more money. I do not recommend that anyone purchase a trip from this company, regardless of how good a deal it appears to be.

NEVER USE RCI Received a phone call from RCI today to inform us that our upcoming booking at Korora Bay Village, Coffs Harbour had been cancelled due to a "booking malfunction". THIS IS DESPITE US HAVING CONFIRMATION PAPERWORK WHICH STATED - "CONGRATULATIONS, YOUR HOLIDAY HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY BOOKED". THIS BOOKING WAS MADE ON 25TH MARCH, 2021. We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment with another couple joining us. 4 airfares and car hire have totalled $2,616 which we will not be able to recoup. I HAVE JUST CONTACTED THE RESORT IN COFFS HARBOUR AND THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF RECEIVING OUR BOOKING THROUGH RCI. We have been members of RCI since 1983 however sadly over that period of time have seen their level of service drop to a totally unacceptable level. We have found over the past few years that a far better level of service and resort availability is found through using 7 ACROSS (the old Dial An Exchange group). USE RCI AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

My husband and I bought a vacation package as they called it but it's really a time share and a rip off. We were never told there will be resort fees first of all. Then the free week we got when we signed up expired due to covid restrictions and they did not care. They would not extend it so it was a waste. We have not been able to use our package since covid hit. Customer service is a beast trying to get a understanding of how everything works. I thought I exchanged a week but they said no it was a bonus week and It had restrictions on dates. I am so frustrated with this company. I wish we had never purchased this vacation package. So disappointed.

So it appears that we were never notified of expiring points in 2020. To assume that people were going to travel during a global pandemic is not only ludicrous but it is a very sneaky way of making money by taking advantage of your customers. I have been a member since 1994. This is unacceptable! I want the name and contact number of an RCI supervisor who can walk me through the steps that were taken this past year to ensure communication was given to us regarding our points. I have not recorded any written or verbal notification and when I go on line into my account it shows there are no points! Where did they go? Is this company serious to expect members or I should say force members to travel and if they could not just keep paying these scam fees? I want a response to my concerns and I would appreciate it in a timely fashion. Thank you

I Purchased a cruise package for $3999. I didn’t recall when my payments were finished, so I called RCI and they told me that I had two years to book the cruise, even though that’s how long it took me to pay for the package. I never heard one word from RCI or got anything in writing that said I had two years to book. Apparently it was said to me on the first phone conversation when I agreed to buy the cruise package. Now they are saying that I missed my booking window and they no longer have these packages so I am out $4000. They refused to return the money and refused to let me set up another cruise. I Purchased this cruise For my twin boys 21st birthday. I’ve tried talking to a supervisor and got nowhere with him. There are no phone numbers to call to speak to anybody higher up than a supervisor. I feel like this cruise package was one big scam and I am out $4000. I did ask why they didn’t call me to let me know the package was expiring and they said that wasn’t their responsibility even though they claimed to have tried to call me three times. They might’ve called three times, but they never left a message. What kind of reputable business does something like this?

Sheila is an absolute liar she is very manipulative and I have had nothin but terrible experiences with my timeshare. DO NOT GO TO MEETING AT HOLIDAY INN CANYON LAKE!
