I put in a search for Aruba back on April 21, 2022 and still waiting! Every time I call to check on it, they say they're still searching. I would not recommend RCI if you are trading for any specific place, you'll grow old waiting for it!

Quiero que alguien me de un consejo. Si es que sigo pagando esta menbrecia con RCI ya estoy en dudas muchas de las cosas que me ofrecieron en el momento de la charla pintaban hermoso pero a momento que pasa el tiempo ahora quiero irme de vacaciones. y los hoteles de lujo en Cancun ya no son con intercambio de puntos y ya me quieren mandar para lugares de 2 estrellas. todavía le debo como $28000.00 Que me dicen si no pagado me afectara mi crédito?

Tras pagar el total de mi préstamo y pasado un mes de espera y recibiendo información por parte de los gestor@es controvertida y largas siguen sin levantar el dominio y no puedo vender mi coche, han incumplido el contrato el siguiente pasó será la vía judicial serán denunciados ante la ocu ..un desastre el cliente cumple con su obligación la empresa incumple su contrato. Ojo si financian su coche aquí.. será un calvario.

I would like to give them 0 stars. I have tried on three separate occasions to book a trip to visit my son using my RCI points and (even with flexible dates) they always tell me there is nothing available. When I called today they offered to book me a hotel in Florida using all 36,500 of my points PLUS paying $1,299 PLUS resort fees. No thank you. I can book an Air BnB or a hotel on booking.com so much easier and cheaper. Their website is also terrible. Not at all user friendly, very difficult to search & when I finally find something I get a message that there are “technical difficulties” and I should “try again later.” I just hope others read this before they make the terrible decision I did to purchase with Wyndham / RCI.

Esta debería ser una estrella cero. Esta empresa es la mayor estafa. Manténgase alejado. Esta empresa debería ser investigada por fraude, abuso al consumidor y robo a contribuyentes que trabajan duro

So many gottchas. It is very disgusting how they continue to rip off their customers. At some point we'll likely see a class action lawsuit.

En 2017 fui engañada y manipulada para comprar esta "membresía", que claro en el medio del mar de palabras que hábilmente me propinaron tres personas en una lujosa oficina (Colombianos... por si suma) en Miami. Tomaron mis tarjetas de crédito para evaluar si tenía saldo suficiente en caso de querer hacer la transacción... etc etc... cuando salí de allí no tenía saldo disponible para mis vacaciones, me salvó el efectivo que llevaba. Cuando volví a Montevideo tenía 12000 dólares de deuda!! y encima cada mes pretendían cobrarme 500 dólares para mentener una membresía...No termina allí... cuando quise usarlo nada era gratis... como dice el resto... debía pagar por todo y más caro en algunos casos... en fin... UNA ESTAFA!!!! NO CAIGAN EN ESO!!!

Booked a trip to Tahiti Village in Vegas and after my confirmation I realized they have excess of fees and 10minutes later I canceled my reservation. The next day I reserved directly with Tahiti Village without the fees. I than called RCI for a possible refund but they refused. I don't understand why they have a cancelation option if they don't refund. Also if they had a prompt that say regardless of cancelation you will not get a refund I would of simply kept the reservation. Unfortunate because this was my first purchase. When I reached out I gave the person all the details and he assured me he would call me back and no call back as of yet. Confirmation#148171647. Would not recommend and will be my first and last purchase. Wish I would have checked reviews before hand. It's surprising because of the line of work they are people should be more satisfied with services they provide but lack at that.
