Ritchie BrosReviews of rbauction.com

They reused an old listing to sell me a car that was in significantly worse shape than advertised. Covered their butts by saying the description is only a guideline and it's as is. Buy with extreme caution only if you can inspect the items first.

Someone controls the prices; this is not an auction any more be careful people Junk equipment be careful buy some where else

Products look good, website works properly and a lot of items. I can agree on the fact that VAT is not included but I really don't like the fact that Commission cost is calculated on the total cost (item cost + VAT) and not just on the net cost. Poor after sales support regarding transportation and loading.

The staff is amazing, the bid process is simple and easy to understand, and the products are exactly what they said they are. If you like auctions, this is one of the best!

This was my second time purchasing through a Ritchie Brothers auction, and my first time using the timed online format last week. The support I received was excellent. Every email and phone call helped me confirm my paperwork trail so nothing was confusing for me, and nothing became frustrating for the team processing my documents. They guided me through payment, site access for pickup, and everything else I needed.

Richie Bros makes it easy to use their web site and can always find the equipment that we need

The bidding is simple but dealing with any financing personal is horrible. They make no effort to resolve issues and actually hang up on people. We wanted a payoff letter and never received it. Do not use any of their banks worst company ever. Also you are expected to pay all interest for the entire life of the loan even if you are paying off within a year.

Should have been more transparent on item
