I purchased a mini excavator the auction 0n the 14th of May the discreption included a rock breaker when we went the rock breaker was no where to be found Inow need to be reimbursed for the rock breaker 1000 sterling the lot no is 275 look forward to your reply ASAP

Item was not in town shown on website. It's at least 60 miles further away from me. So the transporting price goes up. I wouldn't have bid on it had I known that. I can't afford those mistakes

The auction item I won and promptly paid for was not the item that was shipped to me. Shipping cost to correct this was my responsibility so instead of returning the item I agreed to take a refund for the difference in value of what I recevied compared to what I won/paid for. I have not yet recevied that refund.

I never had a bad experience onsite picking equipment up. However I will warn you about taxes and where your equipment is located. I was shocked to see a 10 percent tax on a Welder in LA. Between tax and action fee made something inexpensive not worth buying. It added 20 percent to the total cost. So look at the state tax on the location. It can be a make it or break it.
