Thought I won the auction. I was not outbid, watched the auction to the end, but didn’t win. Talked to numerous reps. At Richie bros, asked to have them tell me the bidding log, Brian there said he would get back to me with the log the next day, but never heard back from him.

Tricked me into thinking that I had their PurchaseFlex finance and told me to bid. When I won the auction they said that I had to have a minimum purchase price of 15,000 dollars. And the truck I won was 5625 dollars and then was told that it wasn’t eligible for financing. I called the customer service and I explained that I didn’t have a way of paying for it since they were not going to finance it. They said it was taken care of this one time but they sent a a email saying that my account has a 1,500 dollar fee for defaulting on the auction. You're already approved for PurchaseFlex™ Financing — which means while other bidders are waiting on paperwork, you're ready to bid the moment the gavel drops. Don't let a great piece of equipment slip by.

Do not rely on any fitness reports. They are deceiving and have a disclaimer. Be prepared to be charged a huge fee for this.

Don’t buy under $1000 unless you want to get hit with $100 buyers fee

I had one of my best auction experiences here. I’d been watching the site for almost a year, and last month I finally decided to bid on a truck. The whole process was easy and efficient, from bidding to visiting the site to inspect the vehicle. What impressed me most was how accurately the listing reflected what I saw in person. The truck looked like the photos, and it was even parked where I expected it to be. The website was easy to use, and I felt confident throughout the process. If you’re comfortable buying at auction, this is a great place to look for a car or truck. Thank you to the people behind it for creating a way for buyers like me to save time and money.

Fuyez RB AUCTION

"FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION – Deliberate Concealment of Safety Defects" Purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali (Lot 592) from Edmonton auction on August 11, 2026. NO disclosure of mechanical defects before bidding. After sale, independent GMC inspection revealed: · Factory Magne-Ride suspension was DELIBERATELY DELETED · Fuse F24UA was REMOVED to hide warning lights and diagnostic codes · Multiple safety hazards: loose ball joints, missing stabilizer links, brake failure · Repair estimate: CAD $27,000 When presented with GMC report, Ritchie Bros. dismissed it as "normal wear and tear" and suggested I RECONSIGN the vehicle to another auction rather than take responsibility. This is unethical and dangerous. Other buyers: BE CAREFUL. This company has a pattern of concealing defects and refusing accountability .
