The item was pretty much as described and expected. It was a military surplus trailer and as former military I knew what to expect. The SF97 form is a joke though. They charge your $125 for it and it is not to you. It is the bill of sale from DLA to Govplant/RichieBros with an address in Lincoln NE. They also send you a notarized document from TX that says "The undersigned appoints the Buyer to sign all papers and documents required to secure a title for the vehicle described above." Check your state because Colorado will not accept these documents and will require you to go through the bonded trailer process. Save yourself the money and just start with bonded trailer.

Do not rely on any fitness reports. They are deceiving and have a disclaimer. Be prepared to be charged a huge fee for this.

Products look good, website works properly and a lot of items. I can agree on the fact that VAT is not included but I really don't like the fact that Commission cost is calculated on the total cost (item cost + VAT) and not just on the net cost. Poor after sales support regarding transportation and loading.

I recently purchased an item through Ritchie Bros. and the actual purchase itself was a good deal. Unfortunately, the customer service experience from start to finish was disappointing. I scheduled an appointment for pickup, and the staff handling appointments were rude and unhelpful. They sent me to the office to print paperwork, where the office employee refused to help me find my information unless I had my buyer number immediately available. Instead of helping look me up another way, I was left standing there searching through old emails on my phone trying to find the information myself. After finally locating and loading my item, I asked the forklift driver if he could simply shift the item slightly on my trailer to help with positioning. His response was to look at me and shake his head like I was wasting his time. This was after spending several thousand dollars on the item itself plus hundreds more in buyer and loading fees. The auction process and pricing may be good, but the customer experience and attitude from staff left a lot to be desired. Customers spending significant money should be treated with at least basic professionalism and courtesy.

Difficult to navigate this site. No customer service assistance at all. Im taking my companies money elsewhere.

It's sad to see one of the best auctions turn into the worst. Greed will ruin this business. Most photos are posted late.Rating 1.3 * is simply disgraceful but no one seems to be doing anything. Wake up !!

I don't mind buying here in Phoenix. Read the fine print,you pay fee's which i know before bidding. Still some good deals. My Compaint Last Poenix az auction only had 3 forklifts to load stuff. Was in line for 7 hours which is crazy. As much as they make,need to be able to load quicker.Cant sit in line 7 hour's in Phoenix in the summer.Thanks
