Major delay with mixed information
At this point still haven’t received my order. Very disappointing experience. The shipment was heavily delayed, and the information from customer support was inconsistent and unreliable. I was repeatedly given delivery ETAs that turned out to be completely wrong. Each time I asked for an update, I received a new promise that wasn’t kept. Delays can happen, but what is not acceptable is giving customers false expectations and mixed information. Instead of clear and honest communication, I was left guessing about where the shipment actually was and when it might arrive. Has now been well past a month since the last tracking update. Overall, the lack of transparency and inaccurate ETA promises made this a very frustrating experience. Will update this review accordingly.
