By far the worst service I have ever experienced. They use misleading language, flat out lie about key details, shipped various damaged products, don't inform about products not being in stock and lie about the refund. there are thieves whose instruments are just gathering rust and dust. unplayable and disgusting. Never again!!!

The drums are probably amazing I'll give them that. However, the customer service once they have your payment is HORRIBLE. They lie and ghost you when you have an issue. The drum took almost 3 weeks to arrive and I was told it would be 3 days upon ordering. I was traveling and leaving the shipping address before it was due to arrive and Olga promised me she would cancel my order and give me a refund. She never canceled it and then would not respond to my messages. My drum was delivered super late and due to the fact that it was not my permeant residence and I was traveling, the drum was delivered AFTER I had left the shipping address, and I was unable to retrieve it. Olga promised me she would cancel the order and refund me before it would ship and she didn't. It was lost. I sent countless messages to all the contact info I could find on the website with ZERO response. I was devastated as I have been saving for years for this drum and was treated horribly once they had my $1000 dollars. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Buyer please beware. Worst customer service ever once they have your money.

They do not provide any information about the customs fees, which are extremely high because they ship products from Russia. Shameful.

Dear Fernando, Thank you for your feedback! Our products are manufactured in Russia, and we ship to other countries to warehouses around the world. We warn about this when purchasing on the website, but it is impossible to calculate the amount of duty itself, since this is regulated by the customs authority of the country. Bought a drum from Ravvast.com. The drum turned up in good time, but upon opening the package, and unwrapping the protection, it was revealed to be badly dented on the rim, which had caused the rim's clamp to pop off and the rim itself to bend outwards, coming away from the drum itself. I immediately took pictures, packaged the drum back up and contacted the company via the website's agency chat app. A "Sales Team Manager" had me send the photos to their e-mail address, and said they would pass them onto Olga, who I had spoken to the day I bought the drum. She would review the photos and get back to me with regards to a refund... I did not hear back from either Olga, nor the Sales Team Manager. The next day, I returned to the website and spoke with another Sales Team Manager, I believe they were called Slava. They seemed a little more concerned when I explained the situation so far, and resent them the photos. I also explained at this point that I would be happy to forget about a refund, but a replacement drum would be appropriate, and that I would be more than happy to return the damaged one. However, after ensuring me they would e-mail me later that day, did not get back in touch with me. Today, I have tried again. I sent a single message with a simple request, asking Enddie, another Sales Team Manager, if they could find out what's going on and have received nothing back. I previously bought 2 drums from this company and had no issues at all, both came with leather-bound certificates of creation/legitimacy. This time, it has been an absolute disaster. £600 I'll never see again, and a broken product, that also did not come with a certificate. The whole thing has felt like a scam. I don't know what happened to this company, but I'll never be buying from them again. I will be recommending that nobody else does either.

SCAM ALERT! I wanted a handpan drum from RAV VAST and went to their main website ravvast . com. I was redirected from there to their european website rumix . eu. I paid aproximately 1000 Euro on June 2nd and received the purchase confirmation. It’s now been 3 weeks and I still have not received my drum. I paid aproximately 1000 Euro to them on June 2nd and did not receive any confirmation about shipping. I waited a few days, then reached out and was told they were preparing for shipping. Then 11 days after my purchase I reached out again. Then I was told they had some problems with their european warehouse but the problem was solved now and I would recieve the tracking link for shipping the next day. They offered me a discount link for the invonvenience to buy more stuff. Lol. What a joke! It’s now been 3 weeks and they have stopped replying to my emails. I have also reached out to the RAV VAST main store which seem to be located in Russia, and to their US website VASTDRUMS, but no one replies when I tell them about the scam from their european branch. So looks to me like their rotten moral, or should I say lack of moral, is embedded in their whole company. It’s a shame, love their drums and was looking forward to receiving it. Instead I now have to contact Visa and report their scam. So better stay away from buying anything from RAV VAST in the future. Update: so after I wrote this review I also sent it to them. After a couple of hours they suddenly replied to my email saying they had problems with their email for the last weeks (but somehow it mysteriously got fixed again right after my review…lol) but today the drum was shipped and the tracking link was being sent to me. I also got another discount code to use to buy more. How stupid does these people think I am? Now, 2 days later there is still no sign of the tracking link. These people are compulsive liars. Buyers stay away!!
