RAVPowerReviews of ravpower.com

I find ordering what I needed from your company easy. I live in an area where hurricanes are very real, which means electric power can disappear, or hopefully not. I have used your power banks when necessary to charge various items during a storm. Thank you for your help.

This is my second Ravpower purchase…..my first was about four years ago and I loved it but now it was time for a new charger.

Your site said that the shipping was free yet I was charged shipping.

I’ve been wanting this RAV power charger for a good while now the purchase was fine Until I looked in my checking account I was charged twice. I just ordered the product. I haven’t received the product yet. I just wanna know why was I charged twice even though I see mine but my point is I should’ve never been charged twice in the first place.

Always a very affordable and quick checkout - never a glitch or anything that isn't polished and super clean to get in and out and get your order asap. I truly love this business.

I am a repeat RAVPower Customer. During my 1st order experience I had accidentally purchased the wrong item- The mistake was completely MY fault. I reached out to the RAVPower support team and they refunded the money from my mistake, AND helped me choose the right item, which I had purchased. The product is very high quality. I was now in need of purchasing a similar item for my family member and insisted that we purchase from RAV Power. RAV Power makes a GREAT product and it was easy for me to choose RAV Power again for my back up power needs.

I reached out to Ravpower for an expanded internal battery and now broken case on my lightly used portable battery. The product that I have (RP-PB052) has a lifetime warranty and even states so in the manual. Ravpower told me their products have an 18 month warranty and offered me 15% off of an updated product. I replied and told them again about the lifetime warranty. They made me prove it (I did previously in emails with receipts and photos), so I shared my online order (again) showing the lifetime warranty along with the manual also with the lifetime warranty. They replied that they don't sell on Amazon anymore and that it is Amazon's responsibility. WHAT? I know that Amazon pulled Ravpower and doesn't sell their product anymore, but when I purchased the charger, they were an authorized seller. The manual specifically says to contact Ravpower customer service, which I did, and they aren't standing by their warranty.

I have a RAVPower ACE SERIES Model RP-PB052 device charger (not sure how old). The case is splitting open because some internal components are apparently expanding forcing the case to split. I think this is a potentially dangerous situation, I am planning to never use it again and likely will dispose of it.
