RAVPowerReviews of ravpower.com

Very poor quality battery with an extremely short lifespan. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the defective product. I won’t be purchasing or using any products from this manufacturer again.

Horrible Product and DANGEROUS!!! The product I bought almost burned down the whole house, and they have poor customer service, saying you had it for over 18 months, so they don't take responsibility. The device started burning and would have exploded if I hadn't caught the smell in time. If you don't want your house to burn down and deal with bad customer service that does anything possible to not take responsibility and communicating with their customers, then I would go with any other competitor with a safer, better experience, and less expensive option. I have images (unable to upload here), happy to share for those who are considering. It was quite a scary and horrible experience.

I bought a 100W 30000mah Alfox power bank, but my macbook air doesn't recognize it. Also, I can't even charge the power bank itself, I left it plugged in for hours and it always stays at the same charge level. I've tried insistently to contact ravpower to get a refund and return the power bank, but they're completely ignoring me and they don't even answer my emails. Avoid them.

I have the RP PB0054 power bank, when I charged it I found it did not hold the charge. This item was unused and still in the original packaging. Customer service refused to replace the item. My research shows this is not an isolated problem yet they will not deal with the issue. Avoid this company !!

I reached out to Ravpower for an expanded internal battery and now broken case on my lightly used portable battery. The product that I have (RP-PB052) has a lifetime warranty and even states so in the manual. Ravpower told me their products have an 18 month warranty and offered me 15% off of an updated product. I replied and told them again about the lifetime warranty. They made me prove it (I did previously in emails with receipts and photos), so I shared my online order (again) showing the lifetime warranty along with the manual also with the lifetime warranty. They replied that they don't sell on Amazon anymore and that it is Amazon's responsibility. WHAT? I know that Amazon pulled Ravpower and doesn't sell their product anymore, but when I purchased the charger, they were an authorized seller. The manual specifically says to contact Ravpower customer service, which I did, and they aren't standing by their warranty.

I have a RAVPower ACE SERIES Model RP-PB052 device charger (not sure how old). The case is splitting open because some internal components are apparently expanding forcing the case to split. I think this is a potentially dangerous situation, I am planning to never use it again and likely will dispose of it.

Advised of a poor solar panel that started burning against our gazebo. Ok lost details of purchase which is no issue for a replacement or % off a new one. Just be warned of the pc122 prime 28w 3 port solar chargers. Could be a danger and lucky we were at our tent a the time of this happening to ours. Smelt burning and saw smoke coming on the fold of the panels. I have images but cannot add here. Could be very dangerous, company have been informed but if they do anything is any other thing, as they don’t even want the product back to investigate it. All they said was don’t use it and unplug everything from it. Doh it don’t work as burnt out. BE WARNED.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
