Terrible quality cables - Disappointing experience!Review: I bought a charging cable from RAVPower expecting premium durability, but it was a total waste of money. After a few months of normal usage, the cable started fraying near the connector and completely I do not recommend their cables at all My experience with cable RP-CB1039

After some 5 years the Sony battery in my RX10 still holds a charge for several months. The Ravpower equivalent ones I bought later go flat in a couple of weeks.

Very poor quality battery with an extremely short lifespan. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the defective product. I won’t be purchasing or using any products from this manufacturer again.

Good variety of products that I have been using every day for the past 8-10 years. Time to upgrade and resupply with a few more items to add to my 'off-grid arsenal'. Thank you Rav Power !

J'ai acheté sur un site en ligne un mini adaptateur USB de la marque "RAVPower" garanti à vie. Ce produit a explosé grillant au passage le fusible de l'allume cigare sur lequel il était connecté. Le SAV de "RAVPower" contacté, après envoi de la facture justificative demandée, m'a finalement répondu que, désormais leurs produits n'étaient plus garantis qu'un an et qu'ils ne me remplaceraient pas le produit défectueux ! Je tiens donc à adresser un carton rouge à cette marque et à déconseiller l'achat de ses produits ! Finalement, après des semaines d'échanges de courriels, j'obtiendrai le remboursement de 50% du prix initialement payé ...

Good pictures showed a compact charger with a lot of capacity. It looks rugged which is a necessity. I’m looking forward to taking it on a long bicycle ride.
