I have the RP PB0054 power bank, when I charged it I found it did not hold the charge. This item was unused and still in the original packaging. Customer service refused to replace the item. My research shows this is not an isolated problem yet they will not deal with the issue. Avoid this company !!

Your product is truly excellent, but it is not very popular in Vietnam. I learned about it through a friend’s recommendation, and the rest is history. I believe Ravpower is the most reliable brand when it comes to batteries and chargers for iPhones and laptops.

I’ve bought numerous products from RAVPower and every one is a quality product. The Battery Device Chargers last seemingly forever and have carried my devices through a few storm related power outages. The desktop plug-in chargers are as quick as any I’ve used and are virtually indestructible. Great company offering quality products.
