I’ve been wanting this RAV power charger for a good while now the purchase was fine Until I looked in my checking account I was charged twice. I just ordered the product. I haven’t received the product yet. I just wanna know why was I charged twice even though I see mine but my point is I should’ve never been charged twice in the first place.

great value for these recharging packs. While I had previous problems with a different product, because they stood behind it I ordered another product to check out. Hope these work like advertised, will give me extra time for my heated vest.

It would have been 5 star, but no matter what I tried on my Mac using safari, my order would not complete. All info was correct. I moved to my iPhone and completed the order in seconds. Not sure why Mac or Safari or something else caused the problem but I was about to quit my order.

The company stood by its product and the warranty and was relatively quick in responding; from beginning to end it was only a few days to resolve the issue, and there was frequent communication and updates. There were two small frustrations. First, the initial response and suggestion was relatively generic and did not seem to take into account my initial email to customer service. Second, having to provide a video required some time on my end (though I understand why it was requested).

I consider RAV products to be of consistently high quality & aesthetically designed. Bur really, if a battery/power supply requires a recharger, why not include one ith the purchase order? Or, at the very least suggest the ideal charger specifications, or alternatives like car-charger, solar panel, etc.?
