Came to Ravenox to buy from small business direct and give myself a break from all the Prime shopping ive been doing lately. Ravenoxs website is very easy to navigate and find what I was looking for, and has a great user interface and easy checkout experience. On top of all that, they offered free standard shipping on the purchase- cheaper than Amazon! That was a nice surprise and I'm excited for what looks like a quality product

This is my second order with Ravenox. The first order was placed through Amazon. That order arrived fast and product was excellent. I was replacing the window sashes in a 1930's Craftsman style house. The rope was replaced 8 months ago and has lived up to my expectations! I SUPPORT VETERAN OWNED BUSINESSES!

Really well-put together web-site and fast, response service when I had questions. I was dealing with a few other sites for similar items and Ravenox has really stood out. What a pleasure to do business with someone like this. And made-in-America to boot!
