I received my first Ravenox gourds last…
I received my first Ravenox gourds last year. The pole and gourd rack are really nice. The Martins love them! I wish they came with owl guards and side rails to help keep the fledglings from falling off of the porch. I ordered more gourds to hang from two houses I have had for years. I will be ordering more accessories in the near future. Great product!

After calling and speaking to a lady… sample firstd being exactly what we’re looking for
After calling and speaking to a lady (I’m sorry I do not remember her name) she was extremely helpful. I wasn’t sure what rope would work best for our project. She told me to order a sample first. Plus she also gave me a name of another rope which I had not considered. Once the sample came in it was exactly what we were looking for. I then ordered 2 complete spoons for our project I wish I could remember her name to thank her Thank you we will order from you again Julie Schuller

Great customer service!
I had questions & spoke with a customer service representative who was absolutely awesome. She listened to what I wanted and why, then went over and above to search for a product that was in stock and met my needs. Great customer service, I expect the products I ordered to be equally great. Based on my initial interactions I’d highly recommend this company.

Great product!
I love the all natural cotton rope. It’s very soft and easy to work with. And you can’t beat the price for a USA made product!

Seriously impressed
The 12 unit Martin gourd combination package I ordered arrived in perfect shape with all parts needed to complete the project as stated on the website. US made quality all the way through and clear, concise instructions. The pics on the instructions were very helpful and the design of it all made it very easy to assemble. Let those of you who are nervous about spending the money know that RavenOx products are well worth it.
