Carol, with customer, service was awesome! After much discussion about types of ropes, we got disconnected. She called me back. I have never had that happen before. I always have to call back and then get to speak with someone different and go over everything again. Not this time - GREAT customer service experience #1. I had been searching for a thick black rope for a twin mattress porch swing. My wife wanted a very specific look and size of rope. Carol was able to give me all the details/specifics of the different rope types. She was knowledgeable in all of the different types. GREAT experience #2. I had asked her what knots they recommend using. She said there was a number of different knots and to check out YouTube. About 1 hour later (after placing my order online) she called me back to let me know that the technical department had tutorials on all this and more. GREAT experience #3.
