I like it, did not take much time to get use too at all. It has helped me sleep better. I wake feeling more rested and alive.

bought their solid braid polypropylene 3/8" rope. Very satisfied with the cord and only very minor reservation was that it was softer than I thought it would be. The quality is very good. It is quite flexible, which I needed.

The rope looks good, (it hasn't shipped yet) but it was hard to find the thicknesses, colors and lengths that I wanted and required going through every listing to find things in stock.

Nice site and they have excellent products from my short experience with Ravenox. The Hemp rope is excellent quality and my only wish would be the smaller sizes being available in less than full spools. I am just not sure I can use that much.

I like the product but had several questions about the products that went unanswered because they don’t answer the phone or return messages. Also I was disappointed they sent a 10% discount coupon code that doesn’t apply to my purchase!
Response from RavenoxMar 10, 2022
Hello Michael, Thank you for providing your feedback. Please note that we do answer our phones. If our agents are on another call(s) assisting customers, the calls would go to voicemail so a message can be left. We checked through our phone logs and saw that we missed a call from you yesterday morning. We checked our message center and there was no message left. The discount code includes a statement that some exclusions apply. Bird products are one of the exclusions. We noticed that you purchased a Purple Martin bird kit, and we thank you for your business. Best Regards, Customer Support
