Hello Trudi, Thank you for sharing your review. it is difficult to understand why we would be given a 3-star review for products and services when you have not yet received the products just ordered today, 03/17. These reviews are for products and services that were actually received. Not offering customization for a particular diameter of rope is neither poor products or poor services. We would hope that you understand and will consider upgrading your review after you receive the rope. Best Regards, Customer Support

Hello Andrea. We appreciate your feedback and we certainly understand the frustration when items are out of stock. We hope you understand that we have received an extremely high volume of orders for our popular products the past couple of months due to orders placed online. We are glad to see that you were able to find and place an order for rope. All the best, Customer Support Team

Hello Dennis, Please note that at times product is out of stock. There are many companies that do not break premade packs, as this affects inventory. We are glad to hear that you found the product you were looking for. Best, Customer Support
