Hello Max, We are very disappointed to see this 1-star review. This is not a fake Company. We informed you on August 3rd, that UPS lost the package. We included the tracking information provided by the carrier. We would hope you reconsider this review since there would be no way for us to know that you "did not" received the product unless you informed us. We emailed you an did not receive a reply. The following is the email we forwarded on August 3rd. ================== Aug 03 ‪09:54 am‬(assign) Hello Max, The manager received communication from UPS, and they are conducting an investigation. UPS stated that they believe the package may have been delivered on or around the July 15th, based on the last scan of the tracking number. They said that the driver may have forgot to scan it when the package was dropped off. We want to ask that you check with any other employees that may have received the rope and inform us if it is located. Unfortunately, if UPS is not able to find the package it will take us another 30 days to make a replacement since these spools are made to order. We can either wait a day or two to see if UPS is able to locate the package or we can issue a refund. Please let us know if you you want to wait for a new spool to be made. It is disappointing to receive a 1-star review from you, Matt. At Ravenox, we pride ourselves on being honest and communicative with all of our customers. In the case of the gourd rack you were very angry to receive (re: without the gourds, in the time frame you received it), this information is explicitly listed on the product listing in bold, red lettering. The gourds are not included and this product does have a lead time. On your second call with customer service, you actually admitted that you did confirm this information is on the product listing when you looked at it thoroughly. We urge any current and potential customers to look at our 4.7-star rating and read other reviews that more accurately represent Ravenox as a company.

Hello Gerald, We are disappointed to see this 1-star review, as we checked our records and were not contacted by you prior to leaving this negative review. Our customer support agents are always available to resolve any issues. We take pride in the products we produce. Additionally, we measure our ropes several times as they come off of the machines for both diameter and length accuracy. The rope was not frayed. Sometimes there may be thread(s) that show, and this is not a defect. We simply tuck the thread(s) into the rope before shipping. Unfortunately we overlooked the process this time. Hello Travor. We are disappointed to see this 1-star review, as the online description is not misleading. Our website clearly states in "bold red letters" on the page for this kit that "It's everything except the gourds!" We also explained that the gourds were not included when you reached out to our customer support team earlier today. We hope you reconsider this review and update it accordingly. Hello Paul, Unfortunately, we only have record of one call from you on Monday, October 12th, when you abruptly ended the call with our customer service representative. A 1-star review for our company is unfair since we cannot control carrier-delayed shipments. Our customer service team had thoroughly communicated this to you through email. You were informed that we shipped your package on September 30th and also about possible issues with carrier shipping timelines during the pandemic along with solutions to put in place if the issue was not resolved in a certain amount of time. Good Afternoon, Thank you for your recent purchase. The rope you purchased is the "Snow White" variant. This rope is not 100% cotton and we do not claim anywhere that it is 100% cotton. This variant is made with upcycled cotton yarns that come from Recovers as our customer support team mentioned earlier. Our "Natural White" variant is 100% cotton made with cotton grown right here in North Carolina. We stand behind our 100% cotton rope and it is the best rope for your own dyeing projects. Hello Shawn, Please note that your order was placed in our system on May 27th, and was shipped two days later on May 29th. USPS priority shipping was paid, which normally is an approximate 3-day window for the carrier. The carrier delivered your package on June 6th. Please understand that we have no control over the carrier timelines, as shipping windows may be longer due to the COVID-19 crisis. We hope you understand and are able to update your feedback according to the "two-day" window that we provided from the time the order was placed on our website to the time we shipped the product from our warehouse. Hello Ray. We noticed that you left us this 1-star review. The discount offered is not applicable on all products including the birdhouses. We take pride in being an honest and trustworthy company. Our website is clear on what is included with the birdhouses, which is sometimes missed, if you do not scroll down the page to the details. Regards, Customer Support
