I've been buying Ravenox products for 4 years now. It's the only leash I'll use and the only leash I'll recommend to others. I have the 1/2in rope leash in every size. The 6ft 1t2 in rope leash in black is the very first leash I purchased 4 years ago and it is still in perfect working order. Meanwhile my sister, who's dog is half the size of mine, has gone through 3 "rope leashes" from a big box store within just 2 years. Her next leash will be a Ravenox. I have an extremely strong and active 80lb dog. When I adopted him he didn't have any leash manners. I originally had the typical flat nylon style leash and ended up with so many injuries on my hands and was scared I'd somehow lose the leash when he wanted to play with another dog. I found Ravenox on Amazon, and decided to try it. I immediately felt more secure walking this over excited large puppy, which translated into a better walking experience for both of us. Now he's a little older and well behaved on our walks, but I will still only use Ravenox because I know how durable they are. I think Ravenox has extremely reasonable prices for the quality of their products. I can't think of many things I've purchased for $20-30 that I'm still using 4 years later and these leashes have been put through the ringer and are still great. I can't recommend them enough.
